## Forensic Architecture

- Pre-trial preparation for attorneys, insurance companies and/or owners
- Construction expert witness testimony
- Review of depositions of other construction expert witnesses
- Establishment of communication timelines between all parties in question
- Structural inspections and analysis of existing building conditions to determine building failures and    construction / design problems
- Prepare remedial design documents for qualification of construction damages and correction of construction defects
- Construction contract and construction document analysis
- Analysis of hurricane damage, water intrusion, mold and hazard mitigation
- Research and report writing related to Forensic Architecture, building inspections and architectural research
- Hourly rates are: Trial or deposition $250 / hr., Site visits, research and report writting $200 /hr., travel time $90 / hr.
